Blog fail

Ok I don't think I can be bothered with the blog. There's too much time involved and I hardly use a computer while I travel. But honestly I am having the time of my life!! Met a lot of wonderful people in France and have had some great experiences with hhiking, one girl in particular... ;) But yeah, I wouldn't do it any other way!
Am going over budget right now (average spending in France is 25 Pounds a day) but have made a few bad decisions which have caused this and I have learned from it. So am now going to get back on track but also I don't want the restrictive budget to stop me from doing the things I want to in each country, for instance, I need to try frogs legs and Escargot before I leave France and I think I might hitch to Burgundy for a day to do this. Oh yeah, I pretty much live on foie gras, pate, cheese, baguettes, wine and saucisson in France... It's a hard life ;D

I'll try and post but it's not often I sit on a computer like this.

1st stop

Well I managed to hitch a ride all the way from London to Edinburgh. Took a few hours to get a ride but was pretty lucky in the end. Got dropped off in the centre of town and am now staying with my couchsurfing host for one night but I think I'll be camping tomorrow. Wish me luck!

The time is now

Well I'm outta here on Sunday 05/06/2011 people!!!
The "plan" is to get to the start of the M1 in London and head for Edinburgh... Simple... We'll see about that! lol.
I will try and start uploading videos and pics soon cuz I know how boring reading someone blabbing on about shit can be! Stay tuned for series one!!!

experimental

so im posting from my kindle 3g, just to try it out as its the closest thing to a computer as i will have with me on the road. Its pretty good for an ereader i spose, free internet access in 150 countries and i already have 980 books on it and theres room for 2000 more! one hiccup so far is facebook wont allow access so i'll just have to post on here.

The ball is rolling!! Hopefully in the right direction...

Well I've handed in my notice today via E-mail, haven't heard back about it yet though. But at this point my last day of work will be 06/06/2011 after which I will catch up with Steve Smith in Scotland and Wales before heading to France.

Limbo

Just when I was going to hand in my notice, it all starts happening!!! Now I'm starting to enjoy my time in London and am totally confused about what to do!?? Luckily I'm waiting on a hopeful bonus from the company before I give notice and can consider my options a bit more. Almost considering coming back after my three month shengen visa is up and workin again so I can see even more of europe and the UK before heading to Canada in another year. This way I can also leave a bit later if need be.

London... it's a love, hate relationship. I think this is the feeling among a lot of people here.
