Well I managed to hitch a ride all the way from London to Edinburgh. Took a few hours to get a ride but was pretty lucky in the end. Got dropped off in the centre of town and am now staying with my couchsurfing host for one night but I think I'll be camping tomorrow. Wish me luck!
awesome! What's the host like? Just a short term stay kind? Some ppl I know just used couchsurfing in Mexico, they hitched for 10 hours & then stayed with a host.. pretty awesome how you can do it anywhere in the world!
